BIZTOOL, the short name for Business Tools. Veteran Owned

With over forty (40) plus years in High Technology, BIZTOOL is dedicated to assisting and advising home based businesses, (currently working from home), small-- businesses, and the retired in the areas of current and newly developing digital technologies. BIZTOOL.COM is one half of LOGIC TOOL, the formal name of the organization. The other half is EDU-TOOL.ORG. With the advent of COVID-19, BIZTOOL and EDU-TOOL have combined forces to develop Distance Education (Virtual) programs for schools of all categories including local public schools. We exist to help and assist in broad categories within LINUX, (Debian and Ubuntu), Windows 11, and Raspberry Pi. We can advise but don’t normally work on Apple / Macontish iPad and iPhone products due to the proprietary and warranty issues. As a Computer Systems Engineer our capabilities are ever expanding. New Technology is ever changing. During times of reduced workload we research new and STABLE technologies to incorporate into our systems and capabilities. Writing about updated technologies, we have always been able to convert videos but professional editing requires a considerable ammount of equipment. Recently we discovered a professional and full time video conversion and editor down the street and around the corner. Mr. David Wright has years of experience in this speciality. In addition to Video Conversion, David and Biztool have the ability to scan photo negatives, slides and photos up to 8 X 11.5 inches. Note: Biztool’s scanner can scan up to 8 X 11.5 inches at 3.600 DPI, but scaning 2,400 DPI is the standard for enhancing and enlarging photos. Additionally, if I am sent a cell phone photo via e-mail at 72 DPI, even with AI photo software, the largest photo we can enhance and enlarge is a print is 8 X 10 inches without extreem pixelation. Note: 14 X 17 inches and larger photos require scanning and framing at a local professional studio. Biztool can print photos on canvas up to and including 24 X 36 inches. The most common size for a home wall display is approximately 17 X 24 inches.

Our Guidelines for System Development

BIZTOOL Has three guidelines when designing and / or upgrading technology projects. 1. Never purchase version one, (components/software) 2. Always select from market share, (products and components). 3. Pay a little extra for the ability to upgrade in the near future. These three guidelines provide the best longivity and utility in an ever changing world of new technology.
